"Five-County Building Official’s Association Academic Scholarship"
A scholarship shall be awarded annually to the most accomplished and most promising applicant. The FBOA Board of Directors shall determine the amount and number of scholarships awarded each year. The recipient shall be chosen by a scholarship committee.
